Incomplete Or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.
Returns
Return Request Period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must place a return request within 2 days of delivery.
Return Window Strictness
No return requests will be accepted after 2 days from the delivery date under any circumstances.
Return Condition
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact

Return Shipping Cost

Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup services are currently not supported unless explicitly mentioned by our support team. Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided after return approval.
Inspection And Approval
All returned products are inspected after receipt. Returns that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Non-Returnable Items
