Order Cancellation

Cancellation Period

You may request order cancellation only before your order has been shipped or dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

How To Cancel

To cancel your order, please email us at dhagabithi@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation requests made after dispatch or without complete order details will not be entertained.

Refund For Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method within 7-8 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.

Refund Policy

No Refund After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted except in cases covered under our Return Policy, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Products

• Perishable goods
• Flowers
• Food items
• Newspapers or magazines
• Sanitary or intimate products
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases

Eligibility For Refund (Returns/Damages)

• The returned product must pass our quality inspection process.
• The product must be unused and returned in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
• A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
• Photos of the product must also be provided during the return request.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

• The package seal in intact condition
• The full opening process
• The detailed product view

Returns without the required unboxing video, photos, original packaging, or tags will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-8 business days through the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Products returned without prior approval
• Used or damaged products
• Products missing original tags or packaging
• Products not in original condition

Shipping Charges

• All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
• Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

• All refund or return requests must be initiated through our official email or phone support.
• Refund approval is subject to final quality inspection by Dhagabithi.
• Fraudulent, repeated, or false claims will not be entertained.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after approval of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
